Weight problems? here read all about it, 5 great tips to lose weight and get a hot body
hi and welcome on my blog. I want to talk about weight loss and how to achieve your perfect weight as soon as possible. So i’ll start immidiatly with 5 amazing tips to lose weight. Offcourse losing weight and getting in shape is not as easy as some people say it is, you will not lose weight as simple as 1 2 3, it takes allot time and effort to succeed.
It’s all about changing your lifestyle. Your cannot lose weight and stay in shape when you just try another diet or another diet milkshake thing. Or buy the so manyest body worker machine etc. You must really change your lifestyle and your habbits for good, in order to stay in shape. I’ll tell more about this later.
So as promised, i have 5 great tips for you to lose weight. The tips i will give you are simple yet effective. I’ve searched on the internet and read alot of books about this subject, it’s really a problem people over the whole world are facing.
Read this tips carefully and try to understand that you must really want to lose weight and try hard. It will not be simple but when you do your best, im sure you’ll lose some weight and achieve the weight you’ve allways wanted.
Here the 5 tips:
1. Dont eat anything 2 hours before going to bed.
Why? because your body will go to sleepy stand when it’s late and when your sleeping. So you will not burn any food in the evening and centainly not when your sleeping. You will burn something but not much. You will wake up with a full tummy. Very simple but clear i guess.
2. Drink alot water, something like 1.5 to 2 liter per day.
Why? It help cleaning your body and makes it easyer to digest the food you’ve eaten. Everybody knows this, but just in case you didnt know.
3. Eat varied.
Why? If you eat many of the same stuff, you make it harder for your body to digest. You simply get to many of the same substance and your body just make fat of it. So you need to eat varied to give your body all the stuff it needs and not letting anything put over in fat. Look for the disc of 5.
4. Eat 5 times per day in small servings.
You may not believe it, but eating 5 times per day small servings will help your body to get a maximum digesting. You must eat every 2 hours a small serving, fatt free and calorie low. When i tryed this, i got myself thinking: darn now allready time to eat, you must just remeber yourself of eating. Isn’t that great eating 5 times per day? i think it is, cos i like eating, you only have to think of what you eat, limit yourself to the disc of 5. I’ll tell more about this later.
5. MOVE! get your lazy ass of the couch and get your body moving.
THIS is 1 off the important things of them all, it should actually be on the number 1 spot but since this is not actually a tip or something you didnt know, i told it at number 5. It doesn’t matter how you move just move, walk, run, fitness, walk up and down the stairs just move. Work in your household, just make sure you keep moving.
Now that you read this tips, im sure YOU can lose weight, everybody can! You just need the right tips and help. This is my first blog but i will return with more information and supportive tips. I hear people all over talking about loosing weight. TV shows are dedicated to it. Seeming to think that humiliating the obese is the best way to get them to turn them selves around.
I hear about staying motivated, Changing your lifestyle on and on and on.
No one has dealt with people like me who have no motivation to get motivated. I am over 100 pounds over weight. I have spine problems. I am diabetic with nerve damage in my feet.
With all this I just don’t care if I loose weight or not. Don’t ask me why. I don’t know and I don’t understand.
So it is all well and good to tell someone to get off their lazy ass and get moving. But if I already have no desire to get motivated all that dose is make me pissed that you would think that I am fat so I must be lazy.
